Car was great. Hertz also facilitated a late pickup and 1day rental extension due to my flight delay. (i arrived in DC over a day late due to a weather diversion). the did this with no charge.

The car was not nearly the size of a Jeep Compass. It was much smaller. I was a little bummed s out that, but we worked it out.

Checkin was smooth; but the pickup time was almost an hour as there was no car available. There was also no staff at the pickup point, so we just have to take the next car that was available when our turn was up. Condition of the 1st 2 cars was bad; we had to wait for the next available one.

Very well; no issue. Had a query, it was responsively answered.
