Easy and efficient

Great service and high efficiency.

I was delighted with the competitive price, the ease of booking, the quality of the vehicle and the speed of pick up at the counter.

It was easy to navigate and clear to understand.

Car was not clean and was poorly maintained. The staff did not consider my prepaid voucher and charged my credit card. upon reporting this to the customer care, I was told that it was only a deposit and should be returned when I return the car. But that didn't happen and it took me a couple of email follow ups to get back my money.

The car was great and also the drop off went smooth.

Like: I did reserve a kia or similar, but I got a larger car. At first I was not sure about the choice. After diving it to Phoenix the cost of gas was not all that bad. Great job. When I did turn in the car they put a surcharge on the gas. I call the Abilene office an informed him of my problem. I let him know I pick the car up empty and turn it in empty. They charged me a service charge for car being brought in empty. Jacob took care of the problem right away, GREAT JOB Jacob. Over all very good work. Thank you I would most diffidently use your device again.
