“The Dollar representatives did not provide accurate information and rep was extremely rude”
About Dollar: 6.3 /10
The Dollar phone representatives were extremely unhelpful. They told me that I could return the car early and receive a pro-rated rate and when I arrived at the counter, I was told otherwise. I ended up returning the car early and paying the full amount. When at that point, I attempted to keep the car, per the original agreement, the counter representative become hostile and verbally abusive.
