The store is easy to find, and the service is okay. On Saturday, I had to wait in line for 2 hours. Make sure to bring a physical card; Apple Pay doesn't work, and neither does a US credit card linked to Apple Pay. Otherwise, you won't be able to rent a car. The name on the credit card must match the name on your driver's license. I rented a gas car, but was given an electric car with only half a charge. Charging took 40 minutes to add 30 kilometers. If you return the car after 8 PM, there's a $20 fee. Otherwise, you need to park it yourself and return it the next day.

Very convenient and smooth

Despite the fact that I had a scheduled pick up at the Herz location in Walnut Creek, no one at this location was expecting me and they didn't have the car type I requested in my booking. They had to call another shop and their driver got me there. The whole process took 40mins!
