Would be good to give time estimate to reach the Routes desk, it took me about 30 minutes to find the place.

Not enough counter help. Wait too long for transportation to the rental car facility. Gas cap cover broken.

Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

We’ve rented from Routes before with no issues, but this trip we had several. The office appeared to be busy and understaffed. The women’s restroom was out of order the entire 2 weeks we had the cars. The first car wasn’t clean and the check engine light was on. The window washer fluid was empty and upon refilling, emptied out immediately. We exchanged the vehicle and the new one was clean but had an annoying loud rattle coming from the dash that we couldn’t quiet. Shuttle was quick and easy.

Smooth process, no issues!

I didn't like Routes telling me damage to car before I accepted it, ie. dent listed as scratch. When I didn't agree and wanted the exact damages listed, counter staff got snippy. I had to request she acknowledge the damages and give me a copy of the form. This process took approximately 60 minutes.

Picked up 12:30 am after flight delays and staff was still there from airport to location and I was driving away in 30 minutes

Online Cost was extremely competitive
