Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

“We were not happy with the new procedure to get to the "bus" to take u s to new terminal. We called”

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.

Like: I got an excellent price for my rental vehicle, and they upgraded me for free. It was awesome
Dislike: There were a few things that I did not know when I rented the vehicle that I would need to show proof of, so making the customer aware of that would be appropriate
