We did not receive the correct vehicle that we booked and were forced to use a Mazda CX-5, which did not have enough space for the four of us with the baby car seat installed. Additionally, we were charged extra for the baby car seat, even though I had already paid for it through QEEQ. We were also pressured into purchasing insurance, as they threatened to charge a $200 withdrawal fee if we declined. As someone who works for the ACCC, I found it concerning to be treated this way by an Australian company, and I felt harassed. I have already lodged a complaint against this company for their unethical sales practices. The staff were unhelpful throughout the experience. It may be worth considering if partnering with ACE is truly beneficial for your reputation. I will be in touch soon to provide further information for our investigation.

The car had some issues with braking and was quite sharp when braking normally, the handbrake needed adjusting and on our return trip the brakes were shuddering quite badly. when coming down into Adelaide on the South Eastern Freeway.

I booked the pick-up time is at 8am, I am on-time to the pick up location. The counter staff is friendly. I required GPS online already, when I tried to use it, the GPS can't be attached on glass, I asked for changed the "attach part" , the staff was serving another customer, the manager in the room just watch and smile , did not go out to help me. after the counter staff change the "attach part" for me, then I found the GPS "locked", I asked to change again, the staff was busy. When I can use the normal GPS, more than 30 minutes wasted. I could not arrived at the Great Ocean Road before sunset and I missed the beautiful view. Suggestion: 1. before customer borrow GPS, you should check all GPS 2. manager should help busy staff and not only watching.
