Fantastic

Arrived at Melbourne airport at 5 PM, but the company was already closed. No one answered the company's phone or mobile phone. Booked for five days, but the entire order was canceled with no refund or explanation because the flight was delayed and I picked up the car late.

The pickup and drop-off points are a bit far from the airport. The shuttle bus is quite timely though.

we reserved car seats on booking and upon arrival we were told there was none . manager resolved the issue but this delayed our 2hr ahead trip late at night with 3 children.

email requests for car seats were not sent to ace rentals so they didnt know we had reserved car seats.

The car isn't available at the airport - you have to get a shuttle, for which I waited over an hour. After I was picked up, the van immediately turned back to the airport to get another customer, at which point we got stuck in the carpark because the driver didn't have any way to pay the fee. The phone staff were terribly rude, no apologies were given, and I got the impression that if I hadn't called the second time I would never have been picked up, even though they knew I was waiting. For comparison, I saw the nobirds van drive past three times while I was waiting for ACE. Not including the time going back and getting stuck.

Was given a Nissan x-Trial during the collection of the vehicle. Internal cleanliness of the vehicle could be improved as the was dirty with the floor mat full of sands.
