Very satisfied. They provided a brand-new Prado, and the staff patiently helped install the child seat. Picking up and returning the car were both convenient.

It was great, smooth communication in English. Purchased full insurance at the store, and the car was parked right at the entrance.

As instructed, after exiting Perth T1 International Arrival Hall, turn right and walk straight for about 100 meters to the shuttle bus stop between T1 and T2 terminals. Call the rental company, provide details like the terminal number at Perth, and the name of the person who booked the car. A car will come to pick you up in about ten minutes. When we arrived in the afternoon, they first gave us a new Subaru, saying the reserved model wasn't ready yet. The next day, it was swapped for a 2025 Nissan Hybrid model with 3,000 kilometers. The Nissan is bigger than the Subaru, which was more suitable for four people.

I arrived an hour early to pick up the car, and since the Land Cruiser I reserved hadn't arrived yet, they upgraded me to a Raptor for free. Excellent service.

The car rental experience was excellent. The car was in great condition, the staff at the store were friendly, and the return process was efficient.

Apex car rental is great. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the company between the airport and the store, and there is also a bus stop near the store, which is very convenient.

The service is okay, but they kept insisting on selling insurance. Decide for yourself if you need it or not.
