Really good rental experience overall. The car was very new and fuel-efficient, with just over 5,000 km on it. Just make sure you pay close attention to the parking signs when returning it, otherwise it’s easy to end up in the wrong place.
Super straightforward experience. The car only had about 10,000 km on it so it felt basically brand new, the driver-assist handled a lot of the driving, and it was a hybrid too.
First time renting a car and I went with the full insurance at the counter for peace of mind. I checked the price and it was pretty reasonable. Both pickup and return were super quick and straightforward. Loved it. Still a fan of the RAV4, but getting an X-Trail isn’t bad either.
Called the rental company right after landing and they came to pick us up really quickly. The office is very close to the airport. The car was in great condition, less than 20,000 km on it, and it was clean and tidy.
Because of roadwork at Perth Airport, the original pick‑up/drop‑off point was moved to the K pavilion. As soon as I called, the shuttle showed up in about 10 minutes. I’d booked a Suzuki but got a same-class MG instead, still basically a new car with only 18,000 km on it. Everything in the car worked perfectly. The staff in the office were great, no hard selling, paperwork was done fast, drop‑off was smooth, and they refunded the deposit immediately after the inspection. It’s a local Australian rental company and I was really happy with the whole experience.
Extremely satisfied! The pickup and return location is super close to the airport terminal, just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly efficient—an unforgettable trip!
Pick-up and return were fine, all handled by the same company, but once I had an accident their customer service just kept passing me around. It took them 2–3 hours to actually sort things out.
Handling a minor accident was really hassle-free, but it was kinda weird that we couldn’t reach them by phone at all—the platform had to step in and contact them for us.
Really nice experience overall – pickup and drop-off were both quick and easy, the car was in great condition, and self-driving is definitely the way to go in Western Australia. Tip: once you leave Perth and head north, most paid attractions charge by the car, not by the number of people.
