Landed around 9:30pm and the rental office doesn’t close until 10:30, so picking up the car was super smooth. Way better than some companies that shut their doors at 8pm.

Super quick overall — as soon as they verified the pickup form, they handed over the keys.

Pick-up and drop-off were both pretty quick, and even though we didn’t buy any insurance, they didn’t really push it on us. We booked a Corolla but got a Chery Tiggo 4 instead, which was fine overall. The car had about 7,000 km on it so it felt quite new, and we drove around 3,600 km across both the south and north routes in Western Australia with no issues. The SUV’s higher clearance actually worked out better than a Corolla for the roads we took. The trunk could just about fit two 20-inch suitcases plus one 28-inch suitcase, though it was a tight squeeze. For the price, it was great value.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The whole process was super simple with almost no paperwork, and when I couldn’t find the car, they even drove it over for me.

They share the counter with HZ, not sure what the deal is, but it makes everything pretty convenient.

Pretty good overall, but we hit a kangaroo and had to pay upfront for the damages. The claim is still being processed.

Got the full coverage right at the counter, no inspection needed, just took the car and left. Everything was super easy even though I don’t speak English. Returning the car was smooth too. The car was in good condition – I booked an Outlander but they gave me a Nissan SUV instead.
