Nice car, simple pickup /dropoff, excellent service

They didn't provide the reserved model, and none of their locations had a replacement vehicle available. They also didn't allow early cancellation. The offered Tesla wasn't suitable for long-distance travel. After picking up the car, we found that even when parked overnight, the battery still drained, causing us to make multiple long charging stops during the trip. This added extra time and fatigue, resulting in a very poor rental experience.

The store service is average

The car was super dirty but they cleaned it for me. Very happy and will do business again.
