Very quick and easy process. Very pleased with the car. I had to deposit for damage insurance and they said it would be repaid when I return the car but this has not been returned to my credit card as yet.

Staff was very helpful and getting the car was a smooth process. The car itself was fantastic. The only issue is limited boot depth which doesn't allow for a pram + large luggage. Large luggage was kept in the back passenger seat. This is not an issue with the car, but maybe a point to note for future renters.
