efficient and polite

Budget was great. We had tried to book through them initially but each time we went back to the site the price had gone up. Went through qeeq and got a good price for what we wanted.

Qeeq worked well. Had never heard of it before so was sceptical but that turned out to be unfounded. They gave us a heads up about the hold/bond that would be required on pickup which saved us stressing about it at the time.

Budget is a good company. I booked a Ford Flex, but it wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a Chrysler 7-seater VAN. This car has a heavy chassis, strong power, good handling, and cold air conditioning! However, it does consume a lot of fuel, but considering the great experience, it was worth it. We drove from Toronto to Niagara Falls to Ottawa to Montreal and back to Toronto, and it was very enjoyable!

Easy and great service. We decided to extend our car rental for 2 extra days. One phone call after hours up manager of budget and was organised. As it should be. No stress, easy. One thing on renting a car in the winter in a place like Whitehorse I would have imagined the cars would be all fitted with winter tyres. We found it difficult to access our Airbnb and drive g on many of the smaller roads around Whitehorse with summer tyres.

Car size was just right for us did not have any problem and easy pick up and drop off.
