The extra policy sold to us stil meant we had to pay the hire company in the event of an accident.

They picked us up from the airport promptly after a call, which was very convenient. After returning the car, the staff also drove us directly to the airport!

The car was delivered promptly after the phone call.

The lady who picked us up was very nice and explained everything patiently. She answered all our questions.

The company is quite small, appears to be a family-run business and seems somewhat unprofessional. There was no one on the ground floor to assist us, and we had to ring the doorbell for a while before someone from upstairs came down to guide us to the second floor to sign the rental agreement. The same person handled both the car pickup and return. There were no other customers, so there was no waiting time.

A bit hard to find the office upon picking up. Car is in average condition - not the cleanest, still had someone's used tissue paper in the car. GPS that comes with the car is in Japanese and probably hasn't been updated or anything to suit NZ map. No Bluetooth or aux input. Communication with the counter staff when picking the car was not the greatest. Otherwise, it's nice that they drop you off at the airport after returning the car.
