I refueled the car before returning it, but they didn't ask for the fuel receipt. However, when I returned the car, the fuel gauge wasn't full, which was frustrating. The staff asked for the receipt, and I didn't have it. But they said it was fine since the difference was small. Overall, it was a very smooth rental experience. I rented a Corolla but was given an MG, which was too large and affected my driving experience. No hidden charges.

The service attitude was good, and because my flight was delayed, there weren't many people in line.

Very poor. The rental location is far from the airport. After arriving, you need to call for a pickup. The person on the phone does not speak Chinese; if your English is not good, you're in trouble.

The only negatives: Car ordered was not available so was given a supposed upgrade but the car was smaller, but better equipped- it did the job. Slow getting processed at pick up. Staff great. Drop off quick

Booking system good. I needed to delay my pick up by 24 hours, but was unable to delay drop off by 24 hours to keep contract period the same. Loss of days hire. Customer service was in Western US- I was in Australia so not ideal for resolving above mentioned issue.

Car was very good and the service was excellent. There was a 20 min wait to get the shuttle back to the airport on drop off but otherwise very quick and easy.
