It was fantastic booking and rental experience in Dubai.

HERTZ is fantastic! The process was simple and quick, with no upselling. During pickup, the staff even wiped down the car, though it was already quite clean. When returning the car, the staff checked the dashboard to ensure the fuel tank was full, inspected the spare tire under the trunk, and checked the car's exterior. That was it, very smooth.

Booked a Camry but got a Yaris instead. Hertz claimed there were no cars available and refused an upgrade to a bigger car. We almost couldn’t fit our luggage. Bad experience.
