Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.

The service attitude was great, very enthusiastic and attentive. There was a car to pick us up from the cruise terminal to the store. The only downside is the rental shop closes a bit early, at 6 PM. Although they allow drop-off returns, we were concerned about potential unresolved damages, so we returned the car early. If you drop off the car after hours, the store's shuttle is not available, but the staff can help you book a taxi in advance, which is quite thoughtful.
