There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly. The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked. Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.

It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.

The service was pretty good. Arrived around 5 in the morning and there were very few people.

I found all staff to be extremely helpful and polite The whole process was perfect would definitely recommend.

Easy and straightforward. Good value.

Like: Everything!!! How kind everyone was, how fast everything got done, how professional they were, etc.
Dislike: I didn't like that I had to head out of town. LOL.
