I was surprised with extra fee of $90+ because I didn’t have a comprehensive insurance so I have to buy one from them for the 5 days I’m renting the car. My cost doubled. When I was returning the car. The old man from the desk told me to go out and drop off the key to someone outside the office. It’s just so happened the shuttle driver was there and told me to drop off the key inside the office to an agent there. Poor communication and customer service by the old senior guy with a arm sling.

The staff was terrible. Only two people and their focus was on the phone, not the people in front of them.

You need to let people know that there are conditions for the rental of cars. Routes does not allow locals to rent cars from that location. Had to prove that the driver flew in using their flight reservation. Had I been a local this would have been a BIG problem.

I would have to begin EVERY day with stopping for air for one tire. By the end of each day the same tire was flat again. I called to extend my rental, yhr first lady was busy and said she would call me back but she didnt. I called again an hour later anf the second make promises that the price was the same and everything was set. The next day a man calls me and said the car was due nack yesterday and now I have to pay $3 a day extra for thr extension fee.

Like: I rented a Nissan Rogue, but ended up with a Jeep Wrangler with navigation. Our flight was delayed and the airport was a MESS. By the time we made it to the rental place, it was 4 to 5 hours after my expected pickup. They didn't have any Rogue's left but they gave me the Jeep for the same price. It was a nice unexpected surprise after all the other travel issues. It was clean, new and Awesome! Thank you for a sweet week! Car got lots of attention and compliments
Dislike: Need an awning for the drop off for when it is raining and you have to do the vehicle check in.
