Outside condition of car was poor. Lots of dents, scratches and a front corner panel hanging off When we dropped car off back gate was locked as they has broken the key in the lock so could not open the padlock. We were not previously told of this and it was only that a staff member was in the yard moving a car that I got her attention and she told me that we had to return the car to the front of store.

Constant upselling of full insurance, fuel service, etc. Renting a baby seat on-site was 30% more expensive than the app estimate. No Chinese service. Instructions to take the shuttle bus to the rental point were unclear and difficult to find.

The rental company is not at the airport and requires a shuttle bus. My son accidentally left his phone on the shuttle, but the rental company's staff found it and kept it safe. Very grateful!
