Первая машина при наборе скорости начинала вибрировать и руль сильно трясло, поменяли без вопросов, но следующая машина была старее. При получении автомобиля очень настаивали на оплате дополнительной страховки, сказали, что без неё не отдадут автомобиль, мы ее оплатили, но через 2 недели нам на карту пришёл возврат этой непредусмотренной суммы.

We did not get a full size car, which we paid for. We got a dirty VW pass at, which is not a full size vehicle. Check in process was extremely slow. It definitely could have been Better! I would not recommend this place.

Never picked up the car because the woman at your front desk never told me about the “unlimited miles” option and told me I would be responsible for 69 cents for every mile over 100 miles per day. She was awfully rude, yelled at me about where I parked because it was my first time there . Spoke to Bruce on customer service and he opened up a claim to get my money back seeing as the woman never properly explained how to do unlimited option for Miles which I needed

I booked a car from February 12 till February 13 and they charged me 500 deposit, I thought it would be on hold and won’t affect my credit card but unlike others they did charge me 500$ and it reflected in my account affecting my credit score and those fees for interest (though I had 0 balance on my credit card before). Why do they actually charge deposit instead keeping it on hold?!!!
