Charged me for a sunpass customer service rep insisted we would need but never did.

The car had many marks, tape residue on several doors, scratches etc which the guy going with me said did not matter. I took pictures of it all including a popped out piece of plastic on the front side which meant the car had been in an accident (This comes back into play later). The interior was fair but it had sticky places which I needed to clean. When returning the car another piece had popped a bit and they said the car had been hit. I filled out an accident report and stated no accident and that the car was already banged up when I picked it up. Waiting to see if they follow up on this or let it go. I also informed them that the brake peddle was hitting bottom sometimes on my last day driving and that they may be failing. I hope they to look into it. Lastly, the day after I returned the car I started receiving calls saying that the car had not been returned and it was going to be reported stolen. I had to make several calls to get the whole thing sorted (To be accused of theft, crazy).

I found the Easirent staff, especially Mizra, to be very helpful and professional. The young man (with dreadlocks) who checked the car when I returned it and who drove the van back to the airport was also exceptionally efficient and pleasant. I would do business with them again.

Easyrentcars.com is my website of choice when renting cars. I turn to them first. I find their rates to be extremely competitive and their customer service is beyond excellent.

First car interior filthy. Had to make new reservation to change pick up time. Agent insisted I needed Sunpass, which I did not $50 charge for nothing. Your deposit is excessive which most can not afford, I rent with many companies, none charge $500 deposit.

The car had a few issues. The needs service light came on just after renting, the tire pressure sensors went off and i had to fill them, the car had been wiped out but the bucket must have been dirty and the car was streaky. The gauge cluster was the most noticable. Overall not a bad experience.

Wisner was profesional guy and didnt push me to buy extra things like other people do.
