No car was available upon arrival. This was after spending 1 hour in a line upon entering the building before the transaction was even processed. Then a further 1 hour before a car was made available. Next to zero of communications from any staff on duty. Never again!!!

Didn’t have a van so gave me a pickup or told me to drive to another location that might have a van at 11pm after a 12hr flight. Made our house move very difficult.

Terrible service, car hadmt been cleaned. When we returned it I left my tablet in there with valuable photos. I called an hour later and they said they couldn’t find it so one of their employees checking the car will have taken it for themselves I would never use thrifty again.

Like: They offered me upgrade with big discount and I took SUV. Very low mileage car and so comfortable to drive.
Dislike: Exterior was not clean enough.
