9 The store is easy to locate, there are multiple windows so queuing is minimal. They do promote insurance and electronic toll devices, but simply stating that you don't need them is fine. The vehicles are relatively new, and both pickup and drop-off processes are convenient.

(A) very rude and unprofessional staff on pickup desk. (B) lied about battery charge status % to be returned (c) booking no where mentioned that EV charger and EV charge cable will.not be provided / optionally chargeable. Would never recommend thrifty company and EV vehicle to anyone for rental . It wasted lot of my time , energy in managing charging and it became the focus of all my planning. Super pathetic experience. All thanks to Thrifty.

I arrived at Thrifty around 9pm on Friday and didn't receive my vehicle until after 2 am Saturday morning. I had booked a pickup due to all the large luggage we would be returning with but received a Ford Explorer instead. I will have to return to California to pickup more luggage we had to leave behind as a result of not getting the pickup we had booked. The staff did not provide any details on why it took so long other than to tell us they were operating with a skeleton crew. On a busy Friday night??!! Further when we called to ask if we could swap out the Ford Explorer we were told there was one in Santa Barbara, 60 miles from our location but as it turned out, that Thrifty location no longer existed.

Poor customer services in airport. Girls chatting to each other whilst servicing customers which is just rude. Queue long. Would not recommend.
