I am still waiting on my bond to be refunded it has now been 4 business days and nothing has come through. I had a great experience with staff and picking up the car and dropping off but now that I am chasing my bond refund no one seems to be responding to my emails or getting back to me which is really disappointing

The Toyota Camry I reserved was not available on the day of pickup, so they gave me a RAV4 instead. I don't like driving SUVs; the hard seats caused back pain. The foreign female manager with tattoos and a shaved head had a very poor attitude and yelled at me. Later, I found out that the company had recently been robbed, with three cars and several thousand New Zealand dollars stolen, but that has nothing to do with me. In the end, I had to accept the SUV. The management doesn't know how to communicate or show apologies. Fortunately, the two Chinese girls who handled the reception were very polite to me, although they work under the boss's orders. It's tough for them to have this job in a foreign country. I thank them for the services they provided.

Terrible experience. The car we booked was unavailable, and they gave us a very old 7-seater instead with no compensation for the price difference. They had arranged to pick up the car at 9 AM from our hotel. I even called to remind them, but they didn't arrive until 10:30, nearly causing us to miss our flight.

Theres a different between corolla hatchback and corolla. I got hatchback even tough it written corolla. The staff late for picking me up at the airport. I have to call twice and wait like 40minutes before the van arrive. The car we got have lots of scratchest and dusty.the car runs good and u pay what u got say the staff when i complaint about the car
