The local customer service staff were enthusiastic.

There is no Budget counter inside Chiang Mai Airport. The rental form didn't have an address, so after asking multiple times, we learned we needed to take a taxi to the company to pick up the car. When we arrived, the staff said they had sent someone to pick us up. This arrangement was a bit confusing, but everything else was satisfactory. The car was very new, the air conditioning was excellent, and they even allowed us to extend our return time. Extremely satisfied!

They closed at 8pm and I have been able to call them to come back and get my car and they couldn’t find my booking until I was there.

The staff at picked up location tried to add more insurance even I already purchased from easy rent car.
