Very good. There's no mandatory insurance, you can choose based on your needs. The pickup and return processes are very simple and quick. Excellent.

The car pickup went smoothly. When returning the car at Los Angeles airport, we found that the return location had changed, which took some time. Overall, although the company is not large, the service is acceptable, and the car condition is good.

The Dollar representative offered us an upgrade to a Chevrolet Impala, 2018 model with only 3,300 miles on the clock. It was nice to drive a larger car than what we had booked. As we are both travel agents for Australia's largest travel group, it was nice the hear that we send a lot of business to Dollar Honolulu Airport and then to be recognised with a upgrade.

Easy too book!

The vehicle did not exceed my expectations because it was supposed to be a Rubicon. It took over a half hour to get the vehicle. The staff at Dollar was not very friendly. They just didn't seem like they cared too much about their job. The staff could have been more friendly. They could have gave me a choices on vehicles to rent. They could have went over the vehicle with me but they did not.
