Fox is awful. Will NEVER use them again.

it was the worst experience ever, they overcharged us and although we showed them our invoice with the remaining amount we owed they charges us double and refused to refund us the correct amount. The representative was extremely rude, abrupt and unpleasant. We will NEVER use FOX RENT A CAR again, and I will let everybody in my network know about this awful experience, and will dispute the charge with my credit card company, unless they agree to refund us the correct amount

I will never use FOX again, I stood in line for an hour, there were 3 people working, spending a lot of time with each customer? A fourth person came on just as it was my turn, it took me only 10 min to get my rental? Maybe if they spent less time trying to sell more options and get the people thru there wouldn't be a long line at busy times, never again I don't care if FOX is cheaper than the other rentals

Like I said the service was TERRIBLE we waited in line for over 2 hours and the employee we had was nasty

Extremely long wait at pickup. Only 3 agents and one was always gone so basically only 2 working at a time. Entire process took around 90 minutes which I feel is ridiculous.

Booking was easy. No issues with Easyrentcars.

More staffing. They try to upsell everything. I know it’s their job but when it’s moving slow and the line is out the door......omg!
