I was under the impression that the vehicle class I reserved would be all wheel drive, which it wasn't. But the car was new and overall reliable and in great condition. I hardly needed any money in gas. It just looks like they didn't have time to really clean the car before I got it. But I mentioned that at the drop off and customer service was great.

Rented a car in Hawaii. Since my second-generation driver's license includes English, they didn't even check the prepared translation documents. I rented a car very smoothly, and the rental company gave me a very new Chevrolet Captiva.

“Hassle free”

I had lost my driving license & I orally I was told by the lady at the Alamo counter I couldn’t rent without the original license - even though I had printed out a copy (I keep a copy on Dropbox) & a UK government DVLA access check code - but when I told the manager I rent direct from Alamo every few weeks in the USA - he said it was fine. I only booked through you since ALAMO had no cars showing as available - so good for you for having stock with them.
