The guy on the desk at Goldcar was possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He definitely shouldn’t work in customer service. He was very put out we had our own Insurance and therefore did not require his. If goldcar and up as an option in qeeq again I would not book.

Qeeq service and information are excellent.

Wouldn’t use them again a lot off hidden charges forced into extra insurance to be honest there a complete rip off will NEVER use them Again

You should look into the company’s you deal with more ! Such as gold car !!

Was told there were no petrol cars available and I would have to pay en extra €70 for a diesel (despite later reading in their own T&C's that there should be no charge in this case). Fortunately while I argued a petrol car was found.

I was charged an additional €36 upon collection and was told that this was taxes that needed to paid which I was not expecting.

Great overall Car, customer service all good

Price protector worked it's magic very happy Will use easyrentcars again & with out doubt will tell everyone I know to use them as well.... very happy Thank you very much
