I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who did not pressure me re insurance. Their site was close to Bergamo Railway Station and away from the airport. We were collected from the airport and taken to their office - and as we were travelling by train they dropped us at the station at the end of our trip. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Dear qeeq, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience and to formally request a refund. I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated. The pick up process took a long time because there was only one person on staff and the customer before be had all sorts of questions and odd requests. The Felirent rep was very helpful and professional. The car they gave me was a newer vehicle and rode really well. It had all of the newest technology. I was extremely pleased. Upon return they inspect the car with you VERY thoroughly. Make sure you take many time stamped pictures and video of the car's condition before you pull out of the lot when you pick it up. Thankfully, I did just that and I received my full deposit back. I had a very good experience with this company.

I can't say enough about QEEQ.COM. My flight had major delays and I was going to be very late to pick up my rental car in Ireland. I called QEEQ.COM and they handled it all for me with the car rental company with no price increase. Price drop protector was awesome and saved me $30. Kudos!!!
