Excellent professional service

We have to wait in line for two hours to get the rental car. There was only two counters were working. The line was from counter to the outside the building. The processing was very slow. I will never ever rent it from FOX.

The Fox had confusing signs directing you to return the car in the wrong location. Once it was determined where to return the car, there was no employees directing you on where rot park or leave the car. We had to wait for an employee to give direct us and complete the transaction.

NEVER AGAIN will I ever go to Fox. I will tell all of my friends to avoid like the plague and you better bet I will do everything in my power to take scam companies like this down.

Vehicle was extremely dirty inside and out. Also, for pre-paid fuel option, would give customer's to refuel in case they did not use as much as gas as they thought they would. Everything else was great, thank you.

Did not get the vehicle that I wanted. Took a long time waiting and finishing process at the counter.
