Long wait at the counter, no car check-in at pick up

They refused to give us the rental car we had chosen and then were very aggressive when we insisted that they give us the midsize SUV we rented instead of a compact car. Horrible service at the counter despite telling them that I needed to get on the road to rush to a family medical emergency. I will never rent with them again.

We had to wait 40 minutes before someone picked us up at airport. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes.

NEVER AGAIN will I ever go to Fox. I will tell all of my friends to avoid like the plague and you better bet I will do everything in my power to take scam companies like this down.

Did not get the vehicle that I wanted. Took a long time waiting and finishing process at the counter.

Worst customer service ever Tried to extend twice(the night of being late and the next morning) Dropped of the car and it was an extra $200!!! Tried to use my debit card for the extension and they wouldn’t do it while I was the location in denver like customer serevixe said I could. On top of all that, I picked up the car and drove into bad snow weather and had to purchase windshield fluid and pull over every 5 miles to clear my windows so I could see!
