“Not worth the savings”

Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com

“Disappointing”

The car wasn't cleaned prior to our rental and it was a filth ball. We didn't find out until well on our way to the ski slopes that the rig wasn't 4x4 wheel drive. My bad for not specifying, but who makes a 2-wheel drive full-sized SUV? It defeats the purpose of an SUV. We had to purchase chains for the vehicle to comply with the Colorado Traction Law. Miscellaneous charges of more than $100 showed up on our receipt that were later removed after we called to inquire. The answer was something about computer errors. Highly suspect. Not happy !!
