Never Again!

I was charged more,AC in the back was none,customer service bad

You charged another insurance whe I already had an xtra insurance . no options offered , You are stealing money from customers . I need a refund of my money .

Staff rude, impatient and policy as well as hidden fees not disclosed until last minute at the counter. The shuttle was a long wait in the hot weather which makes it frustrating and discouraging to have to return to the terminal and start over. Overall, it was a terrible experience for me and my family of four. We will never pick easycarrental again. Would not recommend to anyone unless he/she does not mind being deceived

El carro no era como esperaba! Muy pequeño y sin seguros automáticos! No volvería a alquilar vehículos con ellos así estuvieran súper económicos!

I had to make a last minute reservation and Green Motion had the best prices available. But, we landed in Orlando airport ~ 5:30 am and had to wait over 30 mins to get the shuttle that would take us to the Green Motion location. At the location, there was only one couple before me in the line but it still took > 20 mins to complete the booking for them. There was a single operator to help people get their cars and she was having technical issues, still the wait seemed really long.
