Just what I needed - easy and secure with no fuss and everything covered in one place

Lack of Chinese pickup guide. Picking up the car at the counter required a deposit of more than $250, which is more expensive than other companies. Upon actual car pickup, I was notified to pay an additional traffic accident insurance fee, similar to mandatory liability insurance in China. Returning the car was very convenient. The car I received had an issue with the wiper blade. I initially planned to contact the rental company to replace it, but later fixed it manually myself, which took an hour. The main reason was the previously replaced wiper blade was not installed properly. The Dodge Caravan 7-seater, when the rear three seats were folded down, had a large luggage space. After using it for over ten days, I wanted to extend the rental period, but the rental company had no cars available. The rental staff recommended renting from the adjacent Sixt company, where I successfully rented a full-size Chevrolet SUV for a day.

They offer pick-up service to the rental store, no hidden fees, and the toll for the Golden Gate Bridge is quite reasonable. I have a very good impression of this rental company.

A well-established chain store, the staff were enthusiastic, and the cars had some minor issues, but nothing major.

The staff took some extra time to identify & track my booking but then made up for it by offering a tank full of gas
