Overall good but shuttle to rental location was a hassle and in future I would prefer airport rental

Yes staff were great! The shuttle to return to the airport was over subscribed and had to wait nearly 40 mins making me nearly miss my flight.

They gave me a car with a lot of damage to one side even though they have plenty of other cars. We missed one bus because it took a while finding out which bus stop at the airport they do the pick ups from. This SHOULD be in the email
