Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

“Wasted time finding the right car charger and hard to communicate with rental staffs.”

We didn't know it was an electric car or was notified about it. Of course there was nothing wrong/different driving an electric car (eventhough we had no experience with one) but we had to find the car charger according to the membership they gave us, which was not applicable just anywhere. We had their contact number but Tamra was not responsive. We were given a new gps which does not work with telephone numbers, hence finding location on the gps is not as easy as well. Locations don't just pop-up one our first search and we wasted quite abit of time searching and also finding the right charger.
