“Didn't get my guaranteed model”

My booking was supposed to be Model Guaranteed but they gave me an old Kia Ray (older than the one I booked with LOTTE months ago) instead of Chevrolet Spark. They didnt spend time to go through the GPS and car usage which LOTTE did when I rented previously.

Collecting car process was seamless and straightforward. The rental car was full of scratches that we need to take a video of it as a proof before signing off. When we returned the car, the process was speedy and no major problem.

I tried to get help from TAMRA helpline as I encountered some problem with the car. The person showed his impatience and replied me rudely and he didnt even make effort to help me with my problem.

The car interior cleanliness is less satisfactory. There were coffee spills on the sunshade and liquid mark in the cup holder. Dash was dusty which I guess the cleaner only cleaned the exterior.
