The service is excellent and very convenient.

The store is conveniently located on the main road leading out of Hat Yai Airport, near the exit. Car pickup is fast, the staff provide detailed explanations, and the vehicles are in great condition. For returns, simply call the staff 10 minutes before arriving at the airport, and someone will meet you to collect the car. The inspection is quick. Overall, it's very convenient.

Waited so long. Didn't get the same car size as Altis. Had to argue with staff. Didn't get to collect the car at airport had to go out to another location 5 minutes away from airport to collect Altis. Was previously given a Nissan Juke before a huge arguement with the staff.
