They tell everyone there who is using their own insurance, that their property coverage isn't high enough, even though they have different values and the only notice is the liability amount minimum required... thereby forcing everyone to get additional insurance. There isnt communication on how to find the car rental place. Thereby making it a long and confusing search.

They were giving me a car with bad tires, cuts in 3 of them , unsafe, low profile tires and rims...the rims were all scratched up due to the low profile tires. Should not be renting cars with low profile tires. Manager said he could not give me a different class of car , even though i would have taken smaller. Had to wait over an hour for a Hyundai Sonata lucky that it came back. This was the only car on the lot like this...all others were fine. be very careful on the 300,000 liability of your own insurance you must have to avoid high charges.

These guys are scam. They force to sell insurance even though you don't need and own it. They require over $300000 in every category. ex) you need over $300000 in property dmg and uninsured even through that amount were not revealed in terms.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
