It was horrible and shameful! Thrifty unilaterally assigned me an electric car. I had no way to recharge the vehicle. Thrifty charged me a $30/day upgrade plus tax. This was outrageous and tortious behavior and practice. I won’t use them again. I am owed $169! Is QEED going to pay me?

Pickup process is a little bit slow and the guy on the counter push me too hard to sell me insurance from them even told him I already got insurance from another company, he keep insist to buy it and explain me how much the California drivers are dangerous and will have a big troubles with my car and future accidents .
