It sucked and a fraudulent transaction!

Pretty good, the process is simple, and upgrading the vehicle is easy.

The check in was a bit slow but was able to easily extend my rental by two days. Location is easy to find and was a fairly easy pickup process.

I was a little nervous at first because this is a new company to book with. They were easy to communicate with and would use QEEQ again.

Although we didn’t get the car we asked for we got an upgrade. It was fantastic!

The customer service was great as we wanted to drop the car off at another location, it was super smooth and the people were quick in responding to us.

Car was dirty after putting the seats down. Car had some damage to rear door. They told me they don’t worry about small dents or scratches when I picked up the vehicle. When I dropped off the vehicle there was no one around. I went to the pick up window and they told me to just leave the car with the keys in it. I went to the sales counter inside and told them and he said they would Email me a receipt. When I got the receipt I saw that they charged me an extra day. I picked up the car @9:00. And returned it a little after 8:00. My flight boarded at 8:30. I called them and they took off the charge. They I get an e-mail re the damage to rear door. It was so disorganized. Not a good experience
