They charged $13/day for toll tag which is insane. if I refused this charge, they said they would charge $15 for every toll I passed or I need to drive on non toll roads through out my 10 day rental. I am deeply disappointed with this policy which costed me additional $130 which basically negated to cost savings I got from them and easy rental cars

“Reserved a mini-van but got a small SUV instead for a family of 6 with luggage. Terrible!”

There was a very long wait at the rental counter. On top of that Thrifty didn't have the mini-van that we RESERVED ahead of time. What's the point of a reservation then?! They gave us a small SUV that didn't even fit our luggage for a family of 6. Very disappointed.

The car was perfect, also pick-up and drop-off. I only got ¨fucked¨ on the easytag, she told me I needed it but at the end only passed one tollport where I could have paid the 1,5 dollar and done. Now I was charged more then 200 dollars, sad.
