Ace rental very good and helfull, great car

Except for not providing the pre-selected car model, everything else was great, and the deposit was refunded promptly.

Very satisfied. Easy pick-up and drop-off process without any unnecessary sales pitches. This was my first time renting a car abroad.

There’s is no afterhours support. After 4:30pm, there’s no one to talk to.

The guy, Eric, was helpful. He sorted our ace rental booing with hertz.

The rental location is across the street from the airport and not clearly marked for pedestrians. The car seat we asked for was missing the shoulder straps so we had to ask for another. The vehicle was old and computer console was in Japanese. Van met its needs though and ran well. Was clean and easy return and courteous staff.
