Smooth and efficient!

When I was booking, I was not aware that they are not at the airport. After arriving the airport, I was confused on how to get to the pick-up location. I called their customer service and nobody answered. So I used Google map, and used the sky train and walked a bit to get there. Over all, the rental price is cheaper so it's still worthy to me, but I hope that the customer can be introduced about how to get to the pick-up location smoothly when they arrive at the airport.

The wait time was long and they did not have a Nissan Rogue but gave us a Jeep wrangler which they had to clean while we were waiting. They took a $C500 deposit which has not been credited as of today. Not sure why they have to take this when they have my card on file. Not sure if I would go back to them again.

Terrible location, no airport shuttle for after hours drop off despite having a employee there. Bought insurance and charged me for cracked windshield anyway

We had to wait 30 minutes for the van to drive us to the airport. Because of this, we missed our 1 hour window to check our bags in. Because of this, I had to dispose of $50 worth of items I couldn't bring onto the plane. Also, when we received the car it was very dirty on the inside and outside. However, overall check-in/check-out service with somewhat quick.

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! Harpreet was informative, polite and personable. I did receive the van when it was raining, so it was a bit tough to check for chips, scratches etc. Almost dinged for a chip on the windshield, but thanks to the gentleman who did the walk around he made a note about the rain making it difficult to see such things. Also Harpreet had someone take a second look at the contract and the chip and determined it was very minor. Something I didn’t have to worry about :) which was truly great. When doing the walk around be mindful of every little thing and be sure to include that on your contract. Overall my experience was a very positive one. Prices are competitive and customer service was spot on. Will definitely be booking again.
