Smooth and time efficient car rental

They will charge you a few hundred yuan two months later, claiming it is for a violation management fee. Since there was no violation, they will say it is for the manual cost to verify this. After verification, they confirm there was no violation, but the verification cost of a few hundred yuan has to be paid by me… Such unjustified charges… I won't use them again, and I advise others not to either.

It's okay. They picked us up at the airport and took us to the car rental location promptly. Quick and efficient car collection and return, all done in a few minutes.

Language was a small problem when talking on the phone. Address for the return is incorrect on the website/confirmation for return, staff member did say to return to collection point but didn't emphasise that it was different to confirmation text. Also staff had no idea where closest petrol station was to refill prior to return....told to google it!

All good. Discount offers are in USD & I am in Australia so of no use!

The car was certainly value for money, but the toll administration fees are ridiculous as I pay them on the spot and get charged again by Aucar. Otherwise a good experience.
