Car was clean on outside but inside upholstery stained and needed a deep clean. The car had numerous marks on bodywork and I was apprehensive signing off on the condition. The car run ok for the week although the tyre pressure monitor activated. Overall I would give the car a 6/10

I was happy with the service and the car. However, there was an extra unexpected charge when I collected the car. It wasn’t clear what this was for as it was suggested it was for airport taxes, but EasyRentCars stated all taxes and fees were included.

“Terrible service”

The vehicle was heavily damaged on collection which was reported to Gold Car, after 10-15 minutes of waiting they said they knew and was fine to take, this was not an impression I wanted to drive around with a heavily dented, scratched car, on return I was 30 minutes late dropping the car off due to finding the location, I was charged 52 euros, not happy after my experience.
