Pick up was an Utter disgrace. Budget staff in LaGuardia need some supervision.

We waited 1 hour and 15 mins before we even got to the counter. It was an awful experience. The staff at Budget LaGuardia were rude, loud and dismissive. They shouted behind the counter to each other and to customers. The couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction. I don't understand how they operate on a daily basis.

We queued fir 2 hours to pick the car up which after an 8 + hour flight was terrible especially with children. Not enough staff and was a lengthy process. The server was polite but we ended up paying quite a bit extra after his successful suggestive selling of add ons. Also the car wasn’t in the bay we were told it was. It was a swift drop off which was a relief. I’m not sure I’d use the firm again solely on the terrible wait to pick the car up. Things we’re getting very heated in the queue.

“Easy rental”

The only thing we didn't care for was all the electronic warnings on the Rav 4 that beeped everytime you came close to a vehicle, close to a line marker, over speed, etc. The whole rental experience was fine.
