The pickup process was very convenient

The handsome salesman was very helpful. We had mistakenly booked a 2-door economy Nissan for three adults, one child, and five suitcases. When we arrived at the store, he offered to let us see the car first, and then surprised us by upgrading us to a larger Hyundai Elantra for free. Amazing!

The person on the counter was extremely rude. He also advised us that we hadn’t booked premium insurance when we had, and we had paid for it. When I requested and showed him proof he just shrugged his shoulders and said there’s nothing he could do and that we weren’t covered unless we paid more money. Also we have been charged more than the receipt

Like: This was my first time renting a vehicle through this site. This was the best decision I ever made! The cost was surprising low, compared to the other companies. There were many cars available for you to choose! There were kiosks for you to use which had a real person to help you rent your vehicle, faster than standing in line! When it was time to return vehicle, drove it in and was met by a team member and handed him the keys!! That was it! Simple and easy! EasyRentCars will be at the top of my list for every vacation! Thanks for great service!!
