The company's staff are very responsible and helped me promptly when I encountered difficulties.

Onboarding and Guidance was on point - they had made sure that I understood the rules before handover. The car was fresh and clean as I was given the keys for a brand new car which had only driven 17 kms.

We had the best experience with Europcar at Melbourne Airport! The lady behind the counter was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked out into the car park area and discovered that she had upgraded us! The car was practically brand new, having only done 3000kms! When returning the vehicle, again, customer service was excellent and it was totally hassle free. We could not speak more highly about our experience with Europcar and will definitely be recommending Europcar to everyone!

Like: The staff at pick up is friendly but staff at drop off is not friendly.
Dislike: I was told that cash is accepted at drop off counter, but then when I wanted to make cash payment over drop off counter, the staff told me only credit card is accepted.
