The car rental company is convenient, professional, and responsible. Picking up and returning the car was especially easy. The staff, Lence, provided exceptional service. The car was very new and clean.

Overall good, but I have a small complaint. When we arrived at the pickup point, they spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell us different upgraded models. I wouldn't mind this normally, but they ended up using nearly 30 minutes for the sales pitch and counted that as part of my rental time. This means the rental period started from the moment they greeted me, not when we finished the process, and 80% of that time was spent on upselling.

British people are generally very contract-oriented. It's hard to make changes to your order at the last minute, so you have to compromise. What you book initially is what you get! They often try to overcharge or sell you something extra, but if you stick to your original order, they have nothing to say.
