The company's service is efficient. Even though they recommend some insurance options when picking up the car, the final decision is up to you. We started the car and drove off. Someone at the exit checked the order. It was very simple. Returning the car was also very straightforward. It was easy to find near Los Angeles Airport. The staff scanned the car's barcode and issued a receipt with a handheld device, which concluded the process efficiently.
