Overall service was satisfactory, but the selection of car models is limited, depending largely on luck. The car rental company's service was quite good, and the staff at the store were very patient.

Better than expected. The car has American-style features, including collision warning and a backup camera, though it lacks rear parking sensors. However, this doesn't affect usage as parking lots are spacious, and you can just drive straight in head-on.

The AVIS staff saw the BUDGET queue and proactively assisted in processing orders (they actually belong to the same company). After inquiring if we needed the full tank return service, there was no further upselling. Their attitude was excellent. They provided us with a new KIA SPORTAGE 4WD, which was perfect for our trip to the Sierra Nevada. Thumbs up!
