Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.

Like: I rented a Nissan for three days & midst a small heatwave wound up delighted. Air conditioner worked GREAT. The car's brakes were perfect; the smaller steering wheel was a delight. I turned down a black car & got lovely blue.
Dislike: The thought of driving a black car in any hot weather seems a nightmare.
