The service attitude and vehicle condition were good. The only downside was being charged for adding a second driver mid-rental; only noticed it on the invoice. However, after negotiating with QEEQ, the refund was processed quickly.

Alamo in Salt Lake City is very close to the terminal, just a 5-minute walk. Several car rental companies are in the same building. The Alamo staff were very friendly, and I picked up the car directly with my driver's license. The Ford Escape I rented was unavailable, so they gave me a free upgrade to a Chevrolet Equinox. The car's condition was good, with over 20,000 kilometers, and it was very spacious, although the power was just average.
